When it Hits You…

So, tell me, how were your holidays? Well, you survived them at least, right? Me too, not entirely intact, but nevertheless here we are. ;-)

It’s been great losing track of the days during this quiet part of the holidays, the week between Christmas and New Year’s.

But something occurred to me today.

I saw the date, registered it, and realized that SECRET LIVES OF MOTHERS & DAUGHTERS releases in Canada in…

ONE.

MONTH.

…Gulp.

Publishing takes ages. It’s a strange feeling to have been waiting for this to happen for two years and still somehow feel unprepared.

Deep breath.

Ready or not, my book baby will be out in the wild very soon.
