Sundays. It’s All Honey.

There’s nothing I love more than going for a long bike ride on Sundays. In Ottawa, they close down long stretches of road to car traffic for us two wheelers. After a long week at my writing desk, there’s nothing more renewing than getting some fresh air and exercise. It reminds me that time spent #notwriting is as important as the time I #amwriting. On the way home today, I stopped to hang out with the sunflowers, butterflies, and bees while I took a water break on the way home. It’s all honey.
