Secret Lives on Crazy For CanLit List!

Hi Book Folks!

How are you holding up? What week are we now in self-isolation? A bajillion??? What are your secret weapons for coping? Other than wine and chocolate, ha! A few things have been keeping me healthy, grounded, and sane. Weekly Zoom chats/game time with our family in Canada and the UK. Online workouts with one of my multi-talented writer friends who is also a fitness instructor. Daily walks with my hub. And lots of reading! Speaking of…

What an amazing surprise to see Secret Lives included in this wonderful list celebrating Canadian authors curated by the Giller Prize folks!Β  Hope you can check it out and add to your TBR!

Crazy for CanLit is Back!

It’s been a couple of really good days in the book news department. Secret Lives was also featured as a recommended read for Mother’s Day in last Saturday’s Globe and Mail. Here’s a pic sent to me from my nephew!

Due to our ever-changing circumstances, I’ve taken time to readjust my expectations about publishing and promoting a book right now. Needless to say, it feels really good to be able to share some good news with you!

Keep healthy and safe,

A :-) xo
